We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Manchester team.

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the OSC Outdoor Group’s diverse portfolio of brands, contributing to a wide range of marketing activities. From assisting in the development of seasonal campaigns and producing engaging content, to coordinating events, supporting partner relationships, and contributing to advertising initiatives, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build your marketing career within the outdoor and sports industry.


Job Summary:

Support the creation and execution of seasonal product marketing and sales initiatives, including the maintenance of product data, marketing assets, and digital content. Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and public relations activities. This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth communication and coordination across all stakeholders, thereby enhancing brand visibility, driving sales growth, and strengthening product knowledge throughout the market.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of seasonal brand campaigns by coordinating assets, timelines, and securing internal approvals.
  • Digital Content Management: Contribute to the upkeep of brand websites and social media channels, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and reflective of current campaigns.
  • Asset Coordination: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are delivered punctually.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a well-organised and regularly updated asset library, ensuring seasonal content is readily available to relevant stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of trade and consumer events, including logistics and post-event analysis.
  • In-store Marketing: Support the implementation of in-store marketing activities, including the distribution of POS materials and setup of visual merchandising displays.
  • Internal & External Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, agencies, and partners to support unified and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Media & PR Assistance: Aid in the drafting and distribution of press releases and coordinate media sample requests and responses.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sourcing, and sustainability teams to compile and deliver seasonal data sheets in line with market and brand requirements.
  • Showroom Management: Oversee the organisation and maintenance of the UK showrooms for Outdoor Group brands, ensuring they are visually appealing, and stock is properly managed.
  • Asset Requests: Serve as the primary contact for asset requests from sales teams and retail partners, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfilment.
  • Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong working relationships with brand and retail partners to support joint marketing efforts and sales performance.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Assist with any other job-related duties as requested by senior staff.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to the documented processes, and changes are managed in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Company Property Maintenance: Ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of company property (phones, laptops, etc.).

About You:

You’re a creative, hands-on marketer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the chance to work across a wide variety of projects—from digital campaigns and social content to events and retail marketing.

You're naturally collaborative, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners, and have the organisational skills to keep multiple projects moving at once. A love for the outdoors is a definite plus - as is a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A deep passion for brand and product, with a strong focus on creative storytelling as a means of communication
  • A proactive hunger to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
  • Previous experience in a marketing role—whether agency, retail, or in-house—is a valuable asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and content management systems (CMS)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, and Klaviyo is a plus

OUTDOOR & SPORTS COMPANY LIMITED: SUPPLY CHAIN & ETHICAL COORDINATOR (MATERNITY COVER)

Outdoor & Sports Company Limited Is the holding company that operates the outdoor brands Mountain Equipment and Sprayway, and running brand Ronhill. We are looking for a Supply Chain and Ethical Coordinator to join our team on maternity cover. Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, the candidate will be someone who is passionate about people, product, and the environment.

You will work collaboratively across our business and with external partners, acting as a vital link within the OSC group. You will be responsible for assessing current practice and conditions, mitigating risk and keeping accurate records.

The Role

  • Work with all staff across OSC and our suppliers to assess the company’s current ethical trade and factory conditions across our supply chain.
  • Lead, monitor and drive ethical and environmental standards within our supply chain by working with the Fair Wear Foundation, Commercial Directors, external stakeholders and our supply chain.
  • To manage factory social and safety certification standards, set up appropriate annual auditing and training as appropriate.
  • Review and follow up on audits in a timely manner supporting factories and tracking progress.
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers, new countries and implementation of processes.
  • Work closely with the Sustainability Manager and Commercial Directors to introduce greater oversight into the ethical and environmental impacts of our suppliers.
  • Assist in the communication of our activity, including within annual reports, at both a brand and company level.

The Candidate

  • Educated to degree level, or similar level qualification in a related field.
  • You should ideally have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a supply chain role.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and managing audits, or similar types of supplier assessments.
  • Experience of Apparel / Sewn goods supply chain.
  • Experience of working and collaborating with teams across multiple networks.
  • Is highly organised, obsessive about detail and takes initiative.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels, with professionalism, knowledge and commitment as a spokesperson for all OSC brands.

Location

This is a full time position based in Hyde, Greater Manchester with some home-office working. We operate a hybrid working scheme requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week.

We’re looking for a talented and driven In-House Studio Photographer to help bring our brands to life through compelling visual storytelling and product imagery.


Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and creative Studio Photographer to produce high-quality, brand-consistent images of our apparel and gear for use across e-commerce, marketing, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, detail-oriented, and experienced in both still life, model shoots in a studio and on-the-hill environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring that every product photo meets brand standards and inspires our customer base.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver studio photography for e-commerce, product launches, lookbooks, and campaigns.
  • Capture still life, flat lays, ghost mannequin, video and on-model shots of outdoor and sports apparel and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing & ecommerce teams to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Manage and maintain the studio space, lighting equipment, and photography gear.
  • Edit, retouch, and color-correct images to meet web and print standards.
  • Organize and archive images efficiently using digital asset management systems.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all photography, upholding brand identity and creative standards.
  • Work with models, mannequins, and props to create dynamic and engaging visuals.
  • Stay updated on photography trends, techniques, and industry standards relevant to fashion and outdoor apparel.

·         Assist with any other job-related duties as requested by senior staff.

Requirements:

  • Studio photography experience, ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product and on-model photography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge) and tethering software (e.g. Capture One).
  • Deep understanding of studio lighting, composition, and color accuracy.
  • Knowledge of video production or motion photography
  • Experience working with a high volume of SKUs and tight turnaround timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for outdoor sports/lifestyle is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital asset management systems.
  • Familiarity with outdoor and sports brands and retail.
