WARRANTY

Everything we make here at Sprayway is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee covers any faults in the manufacturing of the product and/or the fabrics and components that make up the product. Where possible we will rectify any faults at our repair centre. If a repair is not viable, we will replace the garment.

Our product guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of the product.

The lifetime of a product is defined as the time a product can be reasonably expected to last when affected by wear and tear during its intended use. This means that the lifetime of the product will vary depending on how often the product is worn and the conditions it is used in. As a guide, the expected lifetime of our products is around 3 years, but this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Unless you purchased the product directly from us here at sprayway.com you should speak with the retailer or website you purchased from. Our guarantee only covers the original purchaser of the product, you will need to have your proof of purchase ready when contacting us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer that may vary from country to country.

FOOTWEAR WARRANTY

All Sprayway footwear comes with a 6 month warranty. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of the product.
