Restricted Substances & Sourcing Requirements August 02, 2024 The manufacture and sale of products free of harmful, toxic and hazardous chemical substances is a paramount responsibility of Sprayway. This responsibility arises from the company's accountability to protect the environment and the general public or the people who will use our products.Our Restricted Substances List (RSL) will be updated periodically, normally biannually, with changes communicated to our supply chain. Where there are legislative changes affecting the business, we will update this document to reflect this and inform suppliers. An update to AFIRM’s RSL 2024 was made in February 2024 (version 08 to 09) and all changes are logged within the Appendix. The AFIRM Restricted substances list has been used for this document. AFIRM (Apparel and Footwear International RSL Management Working Group) provide guidance on restriction of substances globally. This document gives guidance on restrictions of chemicals, limits and appropriate testing methodology globally.
